Even the box looks expensive. I can't believe it actually comes with white gloves.... they certainly know their demographic!

Very pretty. Tremendous craftsmanship. The world needs more artisans.

Is there an equally expensive Hermes camera bag sold as accessory?

At the end of the video when they show the whole kit there is a camera bag as well. It's a nice looking bag.

VERY cool concept, but the price tag will probably be off the charts with this type of collaboration

I think it is time for a group buy. And maybe they can put a TPMG logo on it also :)
It is a beautiful camera, and the box it comes in is so nice I would be afraid to put a mark on it.

Ya the gloves were at the bottom of the box too. You will have to touch everything else before getting to the gloves.

Maybe they expected you to wear you own white gloves to open the boxes, then change over to their gloves before handling the camera.

They will have to give us extra few pairs of white gloves.

Don't we all still have a bag of white gloves for handling negatives? ;)

This limited edition Hermes is an expensive cash grab. I'll wait for the Louis Vuitton model but would even jump at a more affordable Coach edition for shooting in the wilderness.

Beautiful design and awesome craftsmanship but if I had 50K to spend on camera gear… I would buy a P1.

Well there is no doubt about it being pretty, or the build quality. I wonder how long it takes from start to finish to make it. I guess there is a reason they only made 50
