I am planning to buy some filters (like CPL). Any recommendations on where to buy? Online or local store?

Check the used market. Filter are items you don't use all the time, so they tend to be in good shape, as long as the glass is clean and the manufacture is good, you perhaps can save a few beans.. All the shops carry filter, online I have ordered from B+H- no issues, and local Vistek works for me. Just try to buy good glass, give the investment (the word makes me feel better) we all make in lens. I like B+W and Leica for my m mounts.

Awhile back, some of us had a group buy from Maxsaver.net. I still continue to buy filters and accessories from them. I buy all B+W filters and they're legit brass ones.

The items are from HK and the shipping is reasonable. And of course, always buy through Paypal.
