Hi there,

I just got a used Kodak Colorbust 250 as a gift but there's no manual and there's some dried battery leakage inside the battery compartment. Can I clean it with some rubbing alcohol???

Thanks a lot.

To clean battery residue use a paste of baking soda and water.
The baking soda will neutralize the acid from the battery.
Make the paste thick enough not to run into the camera itself.
Apply sparingly and wipe off when the bubbling stops.
Might have to repeat acouple of times.
A pencil erasure or some fine emery paper can be used to shine up the
battery contacts if they are corroded.

OK, I'm gonna go and mix some paste now and clean the residue but where can I get a copy of the manual other than eBay? Thanks.
