Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone has any experience with returning lenses after you bought them for full refund at any Toronto stores?
Which actually refund you in full, provided lenses are back in the same condition as bought?
Please, no discussions about renting etc. It has another purpose :wink:

Bought a lens at Henry's Thornhill store a couple of years ago, used it for a few days and ended up returning it (not because of lens defect). No problem or hassle, full refund.

Same here. Henrys is good for that. No hassle, no questions ask.

Henrys will give u full refund without hassle

Downtowncamera also has 10 days return policy
their used items are for exchange and store credit only

I'd hope not. When I buy something new off the shelf for full price I'd like it to be new and not a free rental return.

But their policy is their policy. Buyer beware

Bought a lens just to try it out at Henry's --- returned it within 9 days later. No problem, got my money back.

Did it twice! One time I did it becuase it was cheaper than renting ... :) did I say that out loud! oops.
