Since i'm feeling too lazy to search everywhere, does anybody know if there are Sigma or Tamron lenses that have any kind of weather sealing?
Also as a general opinion, how do the Sigma or Tamron fixed aperture (e.g. 70-200 f/2.8 ) lenses rank up to Canon's or Nikon's fixed aperture? Obviously it's not the same, but is price difference justified?

I don't think that any Sigma or Tamron lens is water sealed. In general, they are decently built but there is no comparasion to Canon L glass. When it comes down to performance, I think you can find many Sigma and Tamron lenses that can compete against Canon and Nikon counterparts .... in some cases, it's almost impossible to justify price difference.
