EDIT:

What would you do with her hair???

As I was doing pp, I realize bit of her hair in her left shoulder pop out and also some of her hair in right looks very freeze due to the white highlight.

I left it in original look and curious how others wilil do PP in this situation.

Thank you.

pretty clean shot. Thanks for sharing.

Although it seems to be more of a portrait, as opposed to a "beauty" photo in respect of the focus of the shot.

You should probably move this to critique for feedback.

Since you asked, black hair is tricky because it can easily become a mass or dark areas in a photo. using separate lights to 'highlight' the hair a bit will help bring it out more from the dark mass that it can fall into. You can see the shine brought on the top of her head by your overhead light. The same kind of shine can be introduced from the sides to light her hair around her face. Since she is wearing a darker colored shirt, it would help separate her hair form her clothes too, although that is not too much an issue here. Just my thoughts, for what it's worth. :)

Just clone out the hair strays on her left side. Easy=-easy since you shot on white.

Ah, Icic.

I guess I could have use two extra 430ex flashes light to each side of her face.
I never thought of that before. - Thinking it will be overkill.

Thanks so much chooper to enlighten my knowledge!

Or you could have just lowered the angle of the overhead light to catch more of the sides of her head instead of mostly the top.

Or you could have her hold a reflector in her lap to bounce some light back up into her hair too.

There was others who were holding the reflector for her already.
But it was white reflector. I read from many books people choose silver over white. Whould that have made a difference? More edge light maybe?

I will trying to lower the angle next time or add extra lights!

Thanks again!

Since there's other critique already being thrown in... I find the lighting around the cheeks to create pretty harsh angles, giving the shot a very rugged feel. This is in quite contrast to the rest of the shot, and in general, not what you normally associate with portraits of women (let alone, beauty/glamour shots). Not sure whether you were going for that strong look or not.

Thank you for your critique.

I am sorry, but I am not sure what u are saying and its my ignorance and forgive me.
Is it the angle of the lights?

It was only a one light that was on top of her and I am not sure how I could light it differently in this white seamless paper shots.
Please do share your thoughts to correct the lighting so I may improve.

Thank you again.
