You'll have to do some maths to completely get rid of the glare. With glass it is all about the angle you are viewing relative to the angle of the light source.
Enter physics!
Here is a relatively easy to understand breakdown as well as a cool little flash sample.
http://interactagram.com/physics/optics/refraction/

With glass generally the worst glare is 45 degrees from the light, but again based on the light dispersion and intensity this glare me be impossible to get away from at all.
So, I guess, failing that... practice!
Especially if you are in a location where the light source is constant.

Thank you for your effort to help me out here.

I will read over the site that you just showed me...

But are you saying 45 degree can never get away from glare?
hmm I thought feathering from the 45 degree willl to the trick instead of shooting straight to the glasses. Is this wrong way?
I am lost again

Thanks again!

Some of the studio guys will be able to better help you out with precise angles and the like, but light is a funny thing on reflective surfaces that also refract.
The frame of the glasses reflect light but do not refract it, so you get highlights and not glare. If you point a light at the glass on a perpendicular angle and are also perpendicular to the glass you will see both the reflection than refraction. If the light is 45 degrees to the glass you will see more glare(refraction) than reflection.

Off the top of my head I can't remember the combinations of approximate angles that get you out of the reflection and refraction zones and leave you with the normal highlights. It is a tricky bit, so instead try and create some reflections that add interest to the shot, or refractions that add interest as opposed to trying to get away from them completely.
