Mr.Walczak - I am not one to criticize another's work (especially when I refrain from posting my own work on the internet) but I can't help but remark that your effort is complete rubbish as a portraiture.

As a landscape I dare say I rate it highly. Very highly. Nice scenic, but a crap portrait.

Lol it's not a portait it's a landscape that happened to have people in it. Thanks for your critique though . It was a candid shot and I liked that it showed scale

Not sure, guessing a white balance or colour card? That girl is stunningly pretty, I did a few double takes walking by. I was gonna put my "game" on (as good as that is...) but thought that my failing game may have been an inappropriate interruption during a shoot...

^^In the top right hand corner it looks like Mr. Bean's shrunken head placed on a much bigger man's body.

Yes Yemen. How did you know or did you tell by my Flickr. I'm too lazy to search but did you say whether you'd been there before?

His teeth are discolored from chewing qat (khat or chat). This guy is pretty high on it.
<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/phil_marion/2558351820/" title="STONED daily - from chewing a mouthful of the mild narcotic qat in Sana'a, Yemen by Phil Marion, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3007/2558351820_209f6a31f2_o.jpg" width="734" height="1100" alt="STONED daily - from chewing a mouthful of the mild narcotic qat in Sana'a, Yemen"></a>

Here's more about it.

Was it lens distortion? Weird proportion for a man's head.

The guy on the right is scowling too. Maybe a crop of the two "grumpies" and letting the frame end at the pretty girl...

Not a critique of the great photo though, as this is not the forum for that. Just mesmerized at Mr. Bean...LOL

it was taken with a Nikon 35mm 1.8. This lens has 1.7% barrel distortion. Don't think it's enough to skew him like that. Some people are just built that way. That might not be his good side. :p
