Details :
What : Winter hike to Hilton Falls
Where : Hilton Falls Conservation Area, 4985 Campbellville Road
Milton, ON
When : Sat Mar 4th
Time : Meetup at 8:45 AM at the admissions booth
Bring: Camera, Tripod, ND filters, appropriate hiking gear, snacks and water Money for entrance fees.

Lets go on a winter hike to Hilton Falls which is a picturesque little falls just west of Milton Ontario.
The round trip hike is approx 4Km and is not too difficult but can be wet, snowy, slippery depending on weather and temperature.
A stop at the fire pit along the way to warm up and or feed the chickadees is also planned.
The falls may be fully frozen but hard to tell with the weather so far this year.
Link to web page http://www.conservationhalton.ca/hilton-falls

Park opens at 8:30am so we can meet at the main gate at 8:45am.
Remember to check the forecast and dress properly for the ever changing weather. Warm water proof boots recommended too.

Nice shot Tim ... It was a beautiful day for outing .. Thanks for organizing ..

The MK4 looks great .. with built in gps & wi-fi .. I suspect it has mp3 player, FM tuner, stereo speakers and android phone hidden somewhere too .. 8)

Mine's a bit underexposed in the bottom right corner.

This is where a graduated ND filter would come in handy.
Or some more cloud cover :)
