What: Jordan is moving to Calgary so let's have a pre-social photo walk!
Where: Starting at Union Station
When: Saturday, January 25th 2014 at 2pm
Bring: The equipment you need to get the shots you want
Cost: A tiny slice of your soul.
Additional Info: This is a street shoot sendoff for Jordan who is off to Calgary soon. He shoots with a toy camera, if you do too bring it. Real cameras are allowed of course.

Haven't been using my toys much... I guess this is an opportunity to bring them out.

I can even put a toy lens on my digi-cam.

I'll have to go home and walk my avatar in between the events, so I'm hoping we're shooting somewhere near the heart of the city? Or west end?

Yeah, near the heart of the city, not too far from Union.

Sounds great. "Toy" camera will be a Kodak DC290 Zoom.

Afraid that the plastic shutters might get stuck?

Don't be a baby. Current forecast for Saturday is 10°C warmer than -14°C. Anyway, it's good practice for Jordan.

I recall doing a shoot (that only Ben showed up for later on) and it was colder than it is now. Don't be babies!! If my toy camera can handle the cold I'm sure your "real" cameras should be able to handle it ;)

I'm hoping to make it, assuming I don't have to work that day, although I might be late. I'll post/sign up as soon as I know.

Given the recent quality of discourse on the forum it may be that lo-brow is the more appropriate expectation. LOL 8)

Hey guys, I will have to join you somewhere enroute, as I am probably not going to get downtown until 3pm.

At the west side of Union station there is a PATH corridor at the corner of York and Station St. It's just south of Front street. It's enclosed so we won't freeze waiting for others. 2PM though my train will arrive just after 1PM.

I'm going to have to make myself a maybe. Something has come up in the morning, and my phone has dies so I won't likely be able to find you if I am late.

You'll know if you're at the right meeting location if you see ripleys aquarium ads and the entrance to goodlife fitness. I'm early so I'm going to take a little walk.
