Where: Canadian National Exhibition
When: Tuesday August 27th 2013
Time: Meet at 5:15pm just inside the Princes' Gate
Other: The admission is $5 after 5:00pm

We will meet just inside of the main gates (Princes' Gates) at the corner of the Direct Energy Building, and once we are all assembled - proceed to the food building, get some dinner.. and then afterwards head towards the midway where we will shoot as dusk comes. This is an annual favourite TPMG event for many - hope to see you there!

May not make it in time (again), but I have a better chance of catching up.

I'll definitely have to catch up - it will definitely be closer to 6 for me to get downtown after work.

I am definitely going to try to make this.

no problem for those coming a bit late -- if you don't have my cell -- we'll usually be hanging out on the west side of the food building outside around 6pm

If Epic Burgers opens up again, I'd still stay away from the Cronut burgers. (The donut bugers, however, are fair game.)

Ok, I'm in taking the go train down. It arrives at 4:49 so will pay to get in and then make my way to the gates to meet up with everyone.

I will likely work this way also. Off the GO after work and walk over to the gates.

How can I join if I don't know anybody there?

Just show up at the meet-up location and look for people with cameras

I'm going to try to come, but won't get to the CNE until around 8:00pm. I'll probably just start shooting when I get there, and will likely run into some of you that way.

After all that rain I've decided to seriously consider a weather resistant lens......

After that rain, I am seriously considering bringing an umbrella when there is a possibility of it raining - that was quite the soaking.

Robert, is your camera ok? Jackson did you trash a lens?

Really fun evening, first time I have left the CNE since I was a kid and did not feel let down.

Nope all equipment is fine. Just don't like waiting around for the rain to stop.

my photo's are up on the TPMG Facebook site -- Thanks guys for coming - it was great! I got some excellent images with my lensbaby. Hope Robert's camera was ok.

What happened? Too much rain?

First one was a sprinkle.

2nd one was a small short shower.

3rd one was a torrent.

Finally got my results!
