For the Toronto Urban Photography Festival (http://tupf.ca/) I'm holding a Long Exposure Night Walk - Friday March 15th, from 7pm to 9:00pm

Starting at City Hall meeting at the SE corner of Nathan Phillips Square

Beginner tips:

Equipment Tripod, Camera with adjustable ISO, aperture and exposure (or bulb mode). If you have a remote bring it along, if not a pair of black gloves or a sheet of black fabric will do.

Additional:

Dress appropriately for night time temperatures. Read your camera manual so that you understand how to adjust ISO, aperture and shutter for your particular camera (it should be in the section in using your camera in manual mode).

Those that don't have tripods are welcome just to show up and shoot with higher ISO and faster glass.exposures.

Maybe not so strange but these days I get a much better turnout through other means then TPMG message board, it would be nice if some newbies came out to more events. Judging by the number of sign-ups on facebook there is still a demand.
