What: Craft and Theory Talk & Walk
Where: Downtown / Bar Downtown
When: Dunno. Probably a Saturday afternoon.
Bring: You, beer money and opinion (preferably educated). Images - yours or someone else's. Books. (I won't bring Joyce, relax). Gear, bring it if you want to shoot but remember this is not a brand vs brand talk. Bring a rant if you like.
Additional Info: We like to argue about photography and all sorts of aspects of it. Let's have beer(s) and do so in person there's no sense of internet animosity built in. Hoping for a learning experience.

We'll take a walk around and shoot some whatever you like - architecture, street portrait, street or whatever you like. We'll talk while we walk and shoot then we'll sit and talk photography theory. Sorry about the vagueness in time location but that's all I've got right now.

Edited this to add that we will also talk about the craft of photography as we see it. Why our processes are as they are and what we think/feel that does to the final image. To talk about theory alone could be interesting but I think making it a talk about more practical things will make it more interesting. Keep it in the real world.

Y U NO set date?

Sorry guys, I have one last major assignment due for school next Wednesday. After that I will take a breath and confirm I'm alive and set a date. I might make this a pre-shoot to the April Social (I'm assuming that hasn't been planned yet). PotatoEYE still needs to sign up. If he doesn't I'll get some rope, Mike, you'll meet me at his place to help?

If it were coming from people that did anything I might be bothered. Or hey, how about someone say "hey, would you like some help with this or maybe want me to take it over since I don't have a new baby/kid/full time job....." Nope, too busy being whiny bitches to be helpful.
