Details: This is another in what I hope to be a semi regular occurring street shoot. Everyone seems to enjoy these so we might as well continue this Friday. We can start at 7pm and maybe stay until 10 or 11pm. Weather is around 20 degrees and there shouldn't be any rain.

This is a great opportunity to practice shooting with off camera flash. All levels of photographers are welcome and attendee's are encouraged to share their triggers and lights. I shoot Nikon and have a few speedlights/triggers. We will be situating our selves on the North side of Queen and Peter Street. This location has proved bountiful in characters to shoot.

What: Queen Street Stranger Strobist
When: Fri. June 8th, 2012
Time: 7PM
Where: Queen & Peter Street
Bring: Light stands, strobes, business cards or paper and pen. Please bring empty grocery/plastic bags to fill with rocks/etc. to weigh down your stands. There is a collection of rocks near by.

Awesome to see this back! :) I look forward to this being semi-regular as I don't think I can make this one. I'm a slim maybe.

This looks like a good time to learn about how to use my strobe probably, I get off work from Cambridge at 5 so I'll try to make it for 7

I'll update this thread in the early afternoon tomorrow. If we don't have enough people or the weather looks crappy we'll just cancel it until next time, I'm planning on having these at lease once a month during the summer!

Hi All, sorry I forgot to check in before leaving work, it got a bit hectic. I went out at 7 for a bit, didn't see anyone. It was a bit too windy to set up light stands. We'll pick this up in a few fridays and hopefully we'll have some more interested parties.

The event has passed so registration is no longer available. Keep an eye on our events section, I'm sure another of these will come along.
