March 10th (Saturday) - Sunset time 6:18pm
2 to 4pm - $80 + $5(MUA)(3 photographers/1 high caliber model)
4:15 to 7:15pm - $75 +$5(MUA)(10 photographers/2 models - 1 hour time with flash/strobe)

March 11th (Sunday) - Sunset time 7:19pm (Time move forward 1 hour)
9 to 11am - $80 + $5(MUA)(3 photographers/1 high caliber model)
11:15 to 2:15pm - $75 + $5(MUA)(10 photographers/2 models)
2:30 to 4:30pm - $80 + $5(MUA)(3 photographers/1 high caliber model)
4:45 to 6:45pm - $80 + $5(MUA)(3 photographers/1 high caliber model)

Take note for the sessions with 10 photographers, the time period is for 3 hours with 2 models. We will alternate the model halfway through the 3 hour session at different spots. The room itself are 2 storeys (bedroom and living room) which will allows the group to be divided into two.

The rooms are really pricey and so are the high caliber models. Looking for all the spots to fill out or this event will be too expensive for me to organize. As you can see, I have already taken 4 spots which I hope will help with the signups. Will need payment confirmation by February 28th. And if event doesn't go through which I hope it would not happen, refunds will definitely be provided.

I have two D-lite strobes which I just got if needed. If anybody got the black muslin cloth, that will be cool too.

If you have any questions or if there is something that you feel I miss, please let me know. Thanks.

Charles D

Might be hard to be discrete with dozen people in single room lol, not to mention dozen people going up stairs with all their gear.

Yeah, i am curious as to how you are classifying "high quality models" versus the standard ones LOL :)
I assume you are paying them different rates perhaps as the difference?

what's Lubin? hmmm...is that a studio name?

Well, there is no real definition of high caliber models. I would have to say based on modelling experience and price.

Lubin is the photographer's name. It's written across the bottom of the photo.

Wow, this seems like a lot of work to take on. Combining one or two would have been a pretty nice event. Good luck and cudos for taking it on.

I am interested, but Saturday is completely out for me as I am scheduled out of town. Sunday is ComicCon, and I must feed my geek side, but the later time slot might work. Because the remaining time is only two slots I am not going to register unless I am sure. If it gets snapped up that's the way it goes. As suggested by Seren Dipity the model assigned to the time slot will be a factor in deciding so hopefully you will be able to provide that information soon.

Hi Everyone, Just so if you are wondering why some slots have 2 people and some has 3 people for the sessions, that is because I will be taking one of the spot to shoot. Thanks! Still to come - 2 more models.

Hi everybody,

I just thought of something which I should have considered before. Do you guys want to get a MUA and hairstylist?

Hey Charles! Can you PM me what email to send payment to for both myself and Billboy? Thanks!

As for the MUA and hairstylist......I think we can do without to keep costs down. The last boudoir shoot we did (Julia) the model looked great with any professionals needed.

Alright, I can get a MUA for both days if everybody chip in $5 each? Let me know if that's too much. How's that sound. and payments would be sent to "ccfg1028@gmail.com"

I don't have a problem with the cost, but I am concerned about the time. I have been to a couple of events where the MU/hair session took about 30 minutes out of the shoot. And when there was more than one model that was doubled. With the short shooting times on this event that will be a problem unless all the MU/hair is done in the short 15 minute periods between each session.

In my experience, make up runs between 45 minutes and up to 1.5 hours for non crazy looks. Sounds like the models and mua would probably have to arrive early to get it on beforehand?
