I'm still on the lookout for the 2 models which cancelled on me last minute. I have a few alternatives and will confirm on the post as soon as I can. I might even have to ask one of the models to do the extra modelling time if it comes down to that. Either way the show will go on! Thanks for your attention.

Which session time lost its models? By the way, good work putting this all together. When you originally posted this event it seemed like "a bridge too far" scenario, but you seem to have pulled it off. Amazing job.

Hi Everyone,

Thanks to all who replied with 'emails addresses' but I still haven't got most people yet. However I think it is probably best to post here since we are closing in to our event.

Please check and mark down carefully your paid sessions shown below. My contact number is 647 215 3059 so please save it in case you cannot find the place on your day of shoot.

Important note in regards to the shoot - Try to be discrete with your gears. We do not want to alarm the hotel staffs that we are doing a huge shoot like this. Please keep gears to minimum. I would suggest 24mm to 85mm range for this shoot with high apperture of f1.2 to f2.8. If you have external flashes, bring them in case the strobes are too strong for your liking.

Other than that, I would suggest to arrive 15mins prior to shooting time. Be courteous to fellow photographers and the models. And most importantly, Have fun!

Hi Everyone,

A quick ground rule during the shoot:

1.Treat your model(s) with respect
2.Communicate, communicate, communicate, models are not mind readers.
3.Respect model's right to decline a request.
4.Make sure they are comfortable in what you want to shoot.
5.Please be reminded that the models are there for a shoot, full stop.
6.No touching is allowed. Ask when you need model to change position, move the hair or adjust the wardrobe.
7.Keep your language and behaviour in a professional manner - anything inappropriate is not allowed.
6.Other than that, have a Smile, have a laugh, and everyone will enjoy the shoot.

Please don't forget about the TIME CHANGE on Sunday.

I have external flashes but do we have room for me to set up couple light stands or would it be too much gear?

stands easily concealed in a carry case? that should be fine. if not, we got human stands.

Um, drinking at 9:00 AM (really 8:00 AM but who are we kidding) is too early, even for me I'm going to need a quadruple shot of espresso to get up that early on the weekend? Remind me again why I signed up for 9:00 AM!
