Yeah I am aware of that. Basically my plan is to have the makeup session done outside the shooting time. Models will have to come 30 to 40 mins earlier.

So with that being said, how does that sound?

Here is an old shot from Queen Street and Dufferin looking east in 1897. Visible in the background is the Gladstone Hotel. Is this the same one you are shooting in?

Hi Gotak,

I think I will wait till the slots are full. So the deadline would be March 1st for payment. If we are not able to fill up the slots by then, I will cancel the booking. Sorry guys it will be much expense for me to carry through. If you know anybody interested in something like this, feel free to invite them as guest.

Looks like all of the Model Mayhem links are broken. Only the last session links are working.

Just curious how would you unregister if something comes up.

You don't.
Because you'd be ruining things for everyone.

If you are going to sign up for a serious event that has an associated cost, you need to pay your share.
If you choose to make plans after agreeing to pay for and participate in an event, you only screw over others by not paying your share.

So, you find someone else to take your spot and reimburse you for the money you spent to make the event happen, or you take the loss.
People put up time, money, and effort to give you the opportunity, so show some respect, and make every damn effort to hold up your end of the deal.

Whoa!! No need to be so hostile.

So If I get injured, a family emergency is unexpected, etc I'm expected to show up regardless???

And how would I be screwing someone else out of an opportunity if I cancel in a timely manner?? You snooze you loose if you don't check for availability.

What you failed to read from my post is $$$$$$.
Emergencies don't happen in timely manners.
If you spent the time to read what the host wrote, if there is not enough participation (read: MONEY) the event will be cancelled for ALL.

If an event is free, feel free to bail at your hearts content.
If - like this event - there is a cost, a substantial one, and LOTS of effort put into hosting the thing, when you register you should be committed to putting the money in, whether you show up or not.

Accountability, responsibility, and making good on your word.

Not hostility from me, just an expectation of respect from all.

By the way guys, I just thought of something. If you guys want to do two sessions, I will give 10% off. A little incentive for any of you who would like to do more shoots. Thanks.

Lol. If you notice, we still got 7 empty slots in the Sunday session. Trish took one. So, we still need 6 more participants.
