:)

I saw you on your terrace with a coat on with a nice fur trimmed hood. I thought how nice a portrait of you would look in the daylight. Well I guess that shot will never happen.

I say that Sapna would look more like the 2nd fox.

According to Urban Dictionary.....
foxy

Not referring to a fox itself but is instead a young and beautiful women. Deriving from the ancient British word of Foxismonitism, meaning attractive or sexually appealing, has evolved along the years to become a more well known, and somewhat slang word, foxy.

I got this in an email from Susan photobug this morning (she was at the wolf centre last Saturday)
u
"Don't forget your polarizer and lens hood so you can put the lens right up to the glass to avoid the glare--which was bad. And wear your warm clothes inside--that hallway was colder than outside!."

David, thanks for putting together another successful event, and thanks to Janet as the "Sponsor" of the day.

I hope everyone made it home safe and sound. Driving across 118 was a challenge as it was snow covered all the way, but it really changed just as I approached Hwy 11 when the wind rose. I ran into a full on white out. Lost the road and all sight references and had to grind to a near halt. It cleared after a few seconds but I ran into more heavy blowing snow along 11 all the way to just north of Big Curve where the snow dropped off. The by pass around Orillia was very bad as it was slick and the wind pushed my car around and I could feel the tires slipping. There were several cars off the road in ditches along the route. The 400 south of Barrie was slow but the road was mostly wet and while there was some blowing snow it was minor compared to the part above Gravenhurst. And just to top it off the streets in my neighbourhood were covered with ice.

Still I am home and the day was great fun despite the drive. Took me about 4 hours from the Wolf Centre to my place.

Thanks David for organizing and Janet as well - for the initial event.

Fun with the wolfs - I wish I knew about using he polarizer on the window (I had brought mine!!) d'oh!!! Anyways good times.

p.s. I definitely agree with David - Sapna would be fox #2. But with nutella (as opposed to blood stains) around the mouth lol.

At lunch some of us were talking about plugins like the Nik products and I couldn't remember the name of another company who have products that look interesting to me, although I have not tried any yet. The company was onOne Software and here is the link. I have been looking at the combo package Perfect Photo Suite 6.

Hey Daryl,

I took a quick peek at the onOne Software - seems interesting - some of the items is definitely already covered by my Nik software. However, I would have to say that FocalPoint 2 software looks very cool (especially since I can't afford a tilt-shift lens!) It looks very powerful in the control it gives you.

Thanks guys for coming, driving home was interesting to say the least - we were also faced with fierce blowing snow. The snow on 118 was not that bad, we thankfully made it down to Minden no problem. Once we got south of Coboconk, the conditions got bad, at times the road visibility was bad.

It was good to get back up to the forest - as I haven't been up since end of October. I look forward to one day being able to go for a weekend at my trailer in the winter.
