That place usually takes more than an hour, depending on weather conditions of course  Should be quicker on weekday though

Haven't you heard? It is closed for repaving!

Just kidding... since that is my neighbourhood I will try to drop by, but I have to leave around 6:00 so I will miss Dmitrijs' wireless flash.

PM me if anyone needs my mobile #.

Chance of rain, so might be a good idea to bring along a light rain coat.

Thanks Sabesh for planning this. Usually landscape or urban architecture is not my cup of tea but I had fun today!! :D Got some nice shots but like Yeshwanth I'm not really sure where it will fit. Plus I need to get myself a wide-angle lens :(

Sorry I missed it but with the damp weather and the fact that I had to be somewhere else by 6:30, it just was not happening.

If you are heading back again let me know. Here is one from a few years ago. I need to go back some day and shoot that one over in better light with a wider lens.

Great outing, the water definitely made the colours pop. Wish I could have stayed longer but I had a squash match. Really great to meet you guys. Thanks Sabesh!

Anytime! It's worth the trip, for sure. There were a few others taking photographs as well, so it appears to be popular.

Anytime! Thx for coming, I enjoyed everyone's company and had a blast. WA lenses are sooo much fun, most definitely.

Thanks Sabesh! Yeah, blue gel sb-800 camera right (-1EV) and bare sb-900 camera left (-3EV) for a bit of fill. I went back after squash to try to take some car photo's in that area but I didn't get anything I really liked. I need more speedlights.. and maybe a few pocket wizards :)

Excellent pictures guys :D Sabesh, I think the punchy color route really works for graffiti art. Makes it grungy and edgy :D I'm still going through post processing of my photos.

Here's one of mine:

I went for a high contrast gritty look, increasing the details in the brickwork and as well as punching up the colors.

Will post more slowly.

Very nice Alvin. You actually preserved the colour of the bricks, as I remember it. Well done!

haha... thanks :D I just start photography like 4 months ago, so I might not be as technical/skilled as you guys. Anyway, what I usually do is ramp up the saturation to give it a bit more eye-catching colors. So I'm happy that you think it's close to the actual colors as I have no idea whether it is :P

Here's another one of my other pictures. I have other pictures posted on my facebook but it's not as highly processed as this ones are.
