On second thought, judging by their online schedule, it looks like it is booked on Saturday from 11:00AM onwards....

Is there going to be a schedule for models/photographers?
Are you going to coordinate who is working with whom?

Should we be posting our equipment that we're bringing?

At this point, I'm going to suggest this...

everyone can bring what they would like. We will have enough gear for at least 3 stations. We may be able to squeeze out a 4th too.

If there is gear you want to try out, go for it.

Also, I'll be managing the schedule the day of and also the themes we have going.

As an update, my MUA cancelled on me so if anyone knows of one, please invite them.
I'm asking others, so we'll see

So is my math off or are there only 10 photographers going tomorrow, plus Justin?

i assume so, i don't think you can do emt if you don't have a online banking account.

since it is about dozen people guaranteed i think it will be okay.

some people just can't commit

when i was helping a friend script a short film he had to cast people himself, not a fun process. actors will bail out at last moment, avoid contact etc etc. ended up with majority of the cast being friends lol. don't let it get to ya.

if we have more stations than models we can always practice among ourselves, having extra portrait pictures of yourself is always nice :)

Does anyone know someone who might want to model? I might have found 2 on MM but each photographer will be required to give 5-10 of their best pics to them as a TFCD (after post processing).

I remember 296 Brunswick 2nd floor. It's not very big if I recall correctly. Anyway, see you all there.

hey everyone - that was a lot of fun yesterday, got a lot out of it... mostly realizing how much more I still have to learn. But I've finished up my keepers and put them up on flickr:

http://www.flickr.com/photos/chromewave ... 534567925/

a couple of my favourites:

<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/chromewaves/4042414859/" title="20091024-christie5 by chromewaves, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2569/4042414859_9f7f2877a0.jpg" width="500" height="333" alt="20091024-christie5"></a>

<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/chromewaves/4043158240/" title="20091024-leslie2 by chromewaves, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2598/4043158240_a0ba9f1870.jpg" width="500" height="333" alt="20091024-leslie2"></a>

Justin - did we decide to send you images 800px on the long side?
