Its not the true meaning of improv since its based off of the group Improv Everywhere which is based in NY.

The meeting place is Cumberland Street and Bay Street. It has a lot of small tress in it.

Improv In Toronto is a prank group who has had several events in Downtown Toronto. Check out their past events on their blog. They are currently VERY active.
