In fact if it's light rain, I will rather enjoy shooting/walking in rain under an umbrella.
but if it's pouring, it's another story.
I have a feeling that everything will be good by 6pm. Let's wait and see

weather's kinda odd up at richmond hill, stormy then sunny then cloudy and now partially sunny and rainy at the same time

to anyone that may be still considering, it is raining downtown and it looks pretty dark, sky growling

i'm still here since i needed to get out of house but yeah, not the best of conditions

Yeah, it rained here too in 'ssauga.

How did this event go? If not much turnout, I don't mind doing this again on another date.

Thank you to the 11 people who came out today! We braved the rain.. especially Mark and Ken who didn't have umbrellas.. Great photowalk today and good dinner at Pickle Barrel. I might organize another 50mm event soon.. but we'll see about that later. Anyway, thanks everyone!

awww. people's pictures make me wish I'd also braved the rain. I tried leaving my house twice and each time it started pouring so hard that I got soaked running from the back door of my building back to the Entrance.

Good shoot Eric. Thanks for organizing. A little wet for part of it, but not too bad. Hard to shoot with an umbrella in one hand :D !!

Too bad I could not stay for the eating I do enjoy the Pickle Barrel.

I would be interested in another 50 mm shoot. Maybe on a Saturday? I found the streets a little empty on Sunday night.

Thanks Eric for organizing. I am glad I joined the group, it forces me to get out and shoot...

I did mess up the early part of the soot with wrong ISO (set from Liberty Village soot late in the evening, rookie mistake), plus umbrella on one hand, was bit of a challenge. Got separated from the crowd early on and ended up at Bathurst and Queen :)


Did any of you see this guy? He was amazing, instinctively he balances these rocks, pretty fast too. He would be a great structural engineer...
