Don't forget spare batteries. In cold they dry out much quicker

Remember sun block for those tiny bits of skin that will be exposed to the elements.

Just got back home from my classes. Holy!! It's one COLD mother out there! Hope you guys stayed warm and don't have to hear about a photo group found frozen on the news tonight! ACK!

I would like to thank all those that come out today.
I did not expect 30 people to sign up in the first place and did not think
38 people would show up :)
I hope everyone had a good time and enjoyed themselves with minimal
discomfort from the cold. almost everyone was properly dressed for the weather. The fire took a while to get started as the wood was damp, be we had a good start by the time Charlie showed up with a firelog. Thanks for that. Hope all enjoyed the toasted marshmellows :)
Dinner at Caseys after was nice. Great food and great company.
Look forward to seeing your images from the outing. Will look at mine tomorrow.

Thanks again for everyone showing up and making this a fun event.

The zoom and focus rings were feeling very stiff at the end of the day. I guess it doesn't like the cold at all.
