So how much total should someone have for this approx as far as Costs?

Looks like we now have 3 drivers to go on the trip now.

I would be nice to have the majority of carpools and room mates worked out before moving it to official, but it could be finalized after moving it ot official as then it may make the solidification more concrete.

It was suggested that all of us set up a meeting one night to discuss this while at the social. Any suggestions on this.???

Based on the info at the top in the original post -- a person would be looking at around $400.00 -- 3 nights hotel, ferry crossing, gas cost, wear & tear cost on vehicle, 4 dinners, 1 lunch while travelling (Fri), plus a few snacks of ice cream etc., plus not calculated in is groceries for breakfast and lunches to be eaten Sat, Sun, Mon.

You may spend more or less depending upon what all you buy along the way, or how expensive you go with dinner meals at a restaurant. etc.

Yahoo looks like we have everyone confirmed that is interested in going.

UPDATE
So it looks like we now have 13 people going and 3 vehicles. -- 1 cancellation

Just working out the a few people for which vehicle based on their location and how they can get to a pick up place that is closest to them, or the driver can pick up along the way without too much driving around.

Then as far as rooms some are already decided a few logistics for the last couple of rooms

We will also need to book the Ferry to cross to the Island too -- this we be done by the driver once he/she knows all their passengers.

Once Rooms have been booked and Ferry has been booked click confirmed

I have the rooms booked for all parties in my room.
Ferry has been booked for 11:20 am
I wiil inform the Island Hotel tomorrow that the Ferry is booked.
Everything is secured and booked for my room mates and ferry booking.
