Thought we'd take it out towards the west again, and back to a well-liked location. We have the upstairs private room, and I'll ask for it to be a cash 'n carry format so that members can mingle. If you plan to order a burger, please be prepared for a possible wait. The kitchen is only so big, and they want to make sure that the burgers are cooked properly.

They would like us to call the week before to give them an idea of numbers, if we're looking at 25 or 50 people, so they can have adequate staffing. Please don't wait until the last minute to sign up if you can help it!

Yay! West end! This is the burger place that advertises in the west end subway stations isn't it? I've wanted to try this place out for a while.

We have been here many times! They have awesome burgers.

We have actually had at least 4 or 5 socials at the Yellow Griffin in the past. So this is not a TPMG first.

I actually like the Bloor West / Runnymede area --- its like one of those secret neighborhoods of Toronto that you forget about, and every now and then, you visit again, and go - oh ya, this would make an interesting photo walk - and then forget about it again

A first since I joined, that's the important part.

I hope I can make this depending on work

Usually 10, latest 11pm. Most of us have work the next day. Of course, feel free to leave earlier if you wish.

Sure! Since we've got the space (ie registration isn't limited), the more the merrier!

Wisdom teeth pulled yesterday (Thursday).

My mom's in the hospital in Hamilton so I changed my registration to a maybe, but it's more like a maybe not.

So it looks like I will be showing up late as work has pulled a brief meeting tomorrow evening. I should be there around 8:00pm to 8:30pm, see you all then.

The group of 30ish people with camera bags is probably us.

Last week at the Canon social, one of our party missed us at the front of the pub and when they were ready to leave they spotted us, or should I say, they spotted Fizbot's awesome 500 F4 IS.

It should be pretty simple to find us, as we'll be upstairs. Usually they only open the upstairs for party bookings. The pub isn't all that big either.
