Bring: Camera equipment is always optional

How about combining with a major shooting event that draws out a lot of ppl? Such as Halloween on Church St? Or combining events with the Toronto Flickr group socials?

I would not be averse to making this change.
These social events are a hard draw for me personally because they usually fall on bad days or at times when I can't physically make it in time.
I oddly enough don't find them as social as the events that are followed by a visit to a pub/restaurant.

And I'm sure that they still take a fair chunk of effort to get planned and set up so maybe doing less of them would be better?

Just my 2 cents though.

wow, so I think this might be one of our lowest attended socials.... I guess we'll have to talk tonight about whether its worth organizing them. Or maybe we should have them on weekends instead.

how about alternating the socials between weekdays and weekends? it's less likely that you will end up with the same group of attendees.
