Sorry for the late notice, just got home and have an evening free. Anyone wanna hang out on queen street shooting some strangers? We can do strobist or available light.

Who's in? 7-8pm.

Sounds like a plan.... what about starting on Queen West (can mix both strobes/ambient) & making our way down to Ontario Place ? It's free admission & by the time we get there, it'll be dark-ish...?

I was thinking of something more along the lines of a semi temporary set up as opposed to a walk. Last year we organized a few strobist sessions on Queen/Peter where we had lightstands etc. A lot of people enjoyed it and it really got them into street shooting as well as some practice with strobes.

we would just set up shop on the sidewalk and start talking to people. We did it a few times and never had issue in the location we were shooting.

This time I was thinking of something along the same lines, maybe in Kensington or Queen street, but not necessarily strobe only, it could also just be street shooting. But I was definitely thinking of it along the lines of shooting people as opposed to walking down queen street taking photos of fire hydrants and artistic pop cans.

The 24th would be perfect! I'm looking for an informal event like this to just start out with TPMG. I couldn't make it to any outher outings so far because of school :(

So, is the middle registration slot for Friday the 24th??
